1. What do you sell?

We sell blankets, custom photo blankets, personalized portrait art gifts, and related personalized products. Our main focus is high-definition custom fleece blankets for boys, girls, adult men, adult women, elders, and families.

2. How do I place an order?

Choose your product, upload your photo or personalization details, add it to your cart, and complete checkout. Please review all custom details carefully before submitting your order.

3. How long does order processing take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–5 business days. Custom items may require additional production time during peak seasons.

4. How long does shipping take?

For the United States, estimated shipping time is 7–12 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping is free on orders over $59. Orders under $59 are charged a flat shipping fee of $7.99.

6. Where do you ship from?

Some products are printed in U.S. factories. We also source from global suppliers to offer a wider selection. We only work with suppliers that meet our strict quality control guidelines and standards.

7. Can I return a custom item?

Custom or personalized items are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If there is a problem with your custom item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

You may request a return within 15 days after delivery for eligible non-custom items. Non-custom items that have been opened or used are not eligible.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
