1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 15 days after delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags, parts, and accessories.
• You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number.
• Non-customized items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Customized or personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

3. Custom / Personalized Items

Because our custom photo blankets and personalized portrait gifts are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, incorrect size selection, low-resolution image upload, or personal preference.

If your custom item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

4. How to Start a Return

Our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and provide the return address. Please do not send returns to our business address without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns may be refused or not processed.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If you need an exchange, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Custom items cannot be exchanged unless defective, damaged, or incorrect.
